What file format do I need to submit?
We accept PNG, PDF, AI, PSD, TIFF, SVG, and most other common file formats. For the best print quality, we recommend high-resolution files with a transparent background. If we notice anything that may affect your print, our team will reach out before production to help ensure the best possible result.
Where do you ship from?
All orders are printed and shipped from our facility in Clifton, NJ. Need your order locally? Local pickup is available when shipping isn't required. If your order is shipped, we'll send tracking updates so you can follow it from production to your doorstep.
Do you offer local pickup?
Yes! Local pickup is available from our Clifton, NJ location. Once your order is complete, we'll let you know when it's ready for pickup so you can skip the shipping wait.
What are your business hours?
We're available Monday - Friday: 9AM - 6PM ET, and Saturday: 10AM - 2PM ET.
How long does production take?
Most orders are printed and ready the same day when placed before our 4 PM Eastern cutoff on business days. After production, your transfers will be packed and shipped out, or prepared for pickup if you choose local pickup.
Can I get a rush or same-day order?
Yes! If you have a deadline, we'll do our best to help. Orders placed with ready-to-print artwork before our cutoff may qualify for same-day production, and expedited shipping options are available if you need your transfers even faster.
Is there a minimum order quantity?
No minimums required! Whether you need a single transfer for a personal project, a few designs for your small business, or a full gang sheet for production, you can order exactly what you need.
Can I order a sample before placing a larger order?
Yes! Samples are a great way to test our print quality, colors, and application process before placing a larger order.
How do I apply DTF transfers?
DTF transfers are simple to apply. Press at 320°F for about 10 seconds with medium pressure, peel the film, and repress briefly for the best finish. Every order includes easy application instructions to help you get professional-looking results.
Are DTF transfers washable and durable?
Yes! When applied correctly, DTF transfers are designed to hold up through regular washing and everyday wear. For the longest-lasting results, turn garments inside out before washing and avoid high heat when drying.
Can I use DTF transfers on any fabric?
DTF transfers work great on cotton, polyester, blends, and many other fabrics. They are a versatile option for shirts, hoodies, sweatshirts, tote bags, and more.
Do you offer UV DTF for hard surfaces?
Yes! UV DTF is perfect for tumblers, glass, acrylic, plastic, metal, and other smooth hard surfaces. Create custom designs for products, gifts, branding, and more.
How long does shipping take?
Many nearby areas, including NJ, NY, and surrounding states, receives orders as soon as the next business day. Delivery times vary depending on your location and selected shipping method. Faster shipping options are also available at checkout for time-sensitive orders.

Do you check my artwork before printing?
Yes! Our team reviews files before production. If we notice an obvious issue that could impact your print quality, such as missing transparency or a file problem, we'll contact you before printing.
Can you make my gang sheet for me?
Absolutely! You can create your own gang sheet using our online builder here. If you need help arranging your designs, our team can also assist with creating your gang sheet.
Will my colors look different?
We can get very accurate colors, but there might appear slight differences because every screen displays colors differently. For the most accurate results, we recommend using high-quality files and CMYK as our printers use CMYK profiles.
