Return & Exchange Policy for DTF Transfers

Thank you for shopping with us! Please note that all of our DTF transfers are made to order and customized specifically for your needs. Because of this, we cannot accept returns or exchanges once the order has been placed.

Since each item is carefully created and tailored to your specifications, we encourage you to double-check all order details before confirming your purchase. This includes selecting the correct design, size, and any other customization options. Once your order is processed and the transfer is made, we are unable to modify or cancel the order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
We want you to be completely satisfied with your order. If there is an issue with your item—such as it being damaged during shipping or if you received the wrong item—please contact us immediately at support@dtfnj.com. We will evaluate the issue and work with you to resolve it. If necessary, we will provide a refund or replacement for the incorrect or damaged item.

Please note: We are not responsible for issues arising from incorrect order details (such as design or size errors) provided by the customer, so please review your order carefully before submitting.

Due to the nature of our products being customized and made to order, we are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations. Refunds
